After business hours we can only respond to actual emergencies. Emergencies are defined as situations that are out of control, or where health or safety is of concern. The following is a partial list of situations that we would consider an emergency:
- Water running out of control
- Sewer backed up
- Toilet not functioning (if only one toilet)
- No hot water
- No heat
- Broken locks (if locked out after business hours, please contact a locksmith)
- Roof leaks
- Break-ins (call 911 before contacting us)
- Fire (call 911 before contacting us)
- Gas Odor: If you smell gas, there could be a leak. Call Laclede Gas immediately at (314) 621-6920. If that line is busy, call (314) 342-0800. After contacting them, please contact us.
Rent Balance
If you have any questions regarding your account, or lease renewal, please call the main office at (314) 421-2696 ext. 10.
Lease Renewal/Move-outs
After your initial lease term expires, you may choose to sign a new lease,
or automatically become a month-to-month tenant. Please call the main
office at 314-421-2696 ext. 20 to discuss your options, and
responsibilities.
